Summary
Color Sort is a free puzzle game made by Bereket Yazılım. We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number. Your progress is stored on your device and, if you like, a copy is also kept on our server as a cloud save. To improve the game we receive usage statistics and error reports without your name; you can turn them off in Settings. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which processes some device data as described below.
Data stored on your device
Unlocked levels, stars, hints and extra tubes you own, your level in progress and your settings (language, sound, background, colour-blind mode and so on) are kept only in your device's local storage. If cloud save is on, a copy of it is also sent to our server (see below). Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
What reaches our server
The app sends the following to Bereket Yazılım's server in Istanbul (through the Cloudflare network, over an encrypted connection):
- Usage statistics: an install number the app makes up at random, not linked to your name, email or advertising ID; when and how long the app is used; game events (such as a game starting and ending, score, level, tools used, rewarded ads watched); the app version, Android version details and device language. Only the country is derived from your IP address; the address itself is not stored.
- Error reports: when the app runs into an error, its description and where in the code it happened.
- Cloud save: a copy of your game progress (statistics, settings, the game in progress), stored under a random player number and a backup code only you have; enter the code on a new phone to bring your progress back.
The app also reads game settings such as ad frequency from the server; no personal data is sent for that.
We use this to improve the game, fix bugs and keep your progress safe; we do not sell it or use it for advertising. Detailed usage records are deleted after 180 days and only daily totals remain. You can turn off usage statistics, error reports and cloud save in Settings → Cloud save and statistics.
Advertising and Google AdMob
The app is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited):
- an app-open ad each time the app is opened or brought back to the foreground,
- a banner at the bottom of the game screen,
- an interstitial once every two levels, after a level is finished (never during play),
- rewarded ads, only when you choose them, for extra undos, hints or an extra tube.
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:
- Your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID) and other device identifiers
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Device and operating system information (model, language, screen size, etc.)
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks) and app performance/diagnostic information
Google processes this data under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Your ad choices and consent
- Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent to personalized ads through Google's consent tool (UMP). In those regions you can change your choice at any time in the app under Settings → Privacy choices.
- On Android you can delete or reset your advertising ID under Settings → Google → Ads.
In-app review
The app may show the Google Play in-app review prompt. The prompt and any rating you give are handled directly by Google Play; we do not have access to them.
Children's privacy
The app is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children of that age.
Sharing and sale of data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share data with any third party other than the advertising service described above and the Cloudflare network in front of our server.
Security
Communication with our server and the Google Mobile Ads SDK uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). The app does not request access to your photos, contacts, location or microphone.
Your rights (GDPR and KVKK)
You can send questions about your rights under the GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) to the email address below. To have your cloud save deleted, just send us the backup code shown in Settings. Requests about data processed by Google are handled through Google's tools.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date shown above.
